Shipping policy

At CC Boutique, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping and collection options.

Shipping Options

Standard Delivery (UK Only):

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after your order is placed.

Click & Collect (Free In-Store Pickup)

  • Available for customers who prefer to collect their order in person.

  • Simply select Click & Collect at checkout.

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

  • Please bring your order confirmation with you when collecting.

  • Orders will typically be ready within 24 hours of purchase.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Partners

We use reliable courier services Royal Mail to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet the delivery times stated, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier issues, public holidays).
If your order is delayed, we’ll keep you informed and ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.

Shipping Areas

Currently, we only ship within the UK.
(If you plan to offer international shipping later, this can be updated.)

Order Issues / Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for deliveries delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided.
