Refund & Returns Policy

At CC, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All tags must be attached and intact.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned without original tags.

  • Items showing visible signs of wear or use.

  • Items returned outside of the 7-day return window.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
